To ensure your event achieves its objectives we offer a fully managed service in an informal environment. The Walnut Tree Inn has one large room available for hire; The Ellington Room – suitable for larger conferences, exhibitions and training (up to 85 delegates) and The Hayes Room (up to 12 delegates). There are plenty of areas to break out if required. For more informal meetings please feel free to use our lounge or bar.
Our chefs will provide a proper cooked lunch is available for up to 16 delegates which can be taken in situ, in our bar, restaurant or during good weather, in the garden! These can be ordered from our conference menu on arrival or mid-morning. For numbers over 16, we have an excellent buffet menu with all items prepared in house.
