SUMMARY:Lindsey Santoro + George Zach
DESCRIPTION:SUPPORT: Fiona Allen\nCOMPÈRE: Tony Cowards \nLINDSEY SANTORO has taken the circuit by storm since making her debut in 2014. Still one of the best hidden gems on the circuit Lindsey\, who hails from Birmingham\, has in her short time earned a place in the finals of both the English Comedian Of The Year and the Funny Women competitions. \nLindsey has also popped up on the radio appearing on BBC Radio 2 and 4 and regularly on Brum Radio and BBC West Midlands. \nOn top of that she has performed as part of the Best In Class show at the 2018 Edinburgh Fringe and has appeared a grand total of four times at the Birmingham Comedy Festival\, including her debut hour solo show in 2018\, and three times at the Leicester Comedy Festival. \nLindsey recounts tales of her misadventures in life\, all in her trademark down to earth\, madcap\, side-splitting style. \n“One of the most naturally hysterical and gifted comedians in recent memory.”\nJoe Lycett \n  \nGEORGE ZACH is Greek and moved to Britain at 18 to study Biochemistry lured by the idea of living in the country of Hugh Grant\, Mr Bean and Lady Diana; Due to the family budget however\, instead of living it large in Notting Hill\, he ended up in Newcastle Upon-Tyne. \nWhen he was done with university\, George decided lab life wasn’t for him\, so whilst playing poker for a living he did his first comedy spot in 2009 in a room above a pub on St Patrick’s Day. \nSince that day he has gone on to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 5 times and in 2015 he appeared at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. \nGeorge has firmly established himself in the UK and Australian comedy circuits\, has performed in various countries such as Spain\, The Netherlands\, Greece\, Germany and Hong Kong and has supported Chris McCausland\, Luisa Omielan and Sophie Willan on their UK tours. \nHis broadcast work includes appearing on Dave Channel’s ‘The Comedy Guide To Life’\, BBC One’s This Week\, The One Show and he has acted in Sky’s Summer Shorts. \n“A charismatic raconteur.. his story not only elicits laughter but is also\, at times\, poignant and moving”\nThe Wee Review (Edinburgh Fringe) \n“Truly Terrific”\nMelbourne Herald \n“Huge Laughs\, George is clearly a very funny guy”\nBroadway Baby
