Assistant Manager

Candidates should have at least 6 month’s experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a quality catering establishment and a good knowledge of food and drink.

Assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day running and development of the business, the successful candidate should possess flair, an outgoing personality and a genuine desire to deliver customer satisfaction.

Duties include:
Supervising efficient food service
Effective client communication
Ongoing staff training
Maintaining health and safety and food safety standards
Liaison with kitchen

Commis Chef

We require a commited, ambitious individual to work alongside our kitchen brigade preparing real food for service in our bar, restaurant and function room.

You will learn to prepare and serve a variety of dishes as well as baking bread and making ice cream.

Ideally, college trained but a passionate, hard working individual will be considered, and time given off to attend college.

Function staff

Required for occasional part-time work.

We are looking for smart, friendly and presentable staff to work with us serving food and drink to guests at Weddings, Christmas parties and other special events through the year.

We expect the successful applicants to work as part of a team delivering outstanding levels of service to our clients and their guests.

We seek applications from candidates 16+ years of age, experience is preferred, but training will be given.
