Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays 8am-10am

Please note that our last orders for food are: Mon-Thurs: 9pm, Fri-Sat: 9.30pm and Sunday: 8.30pm, however, if you wish some cold food outside these hours, please call us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Covid 19 – Guidance for hotel guests

The safety of our guests and staff is of paramount importance to us and we ask you to observe the following guidelines.

Do not enter our premises if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 Coronavirus: a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or any loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

We will be open again from December 2, please note only members of your household (including support bubble) are allowed in your room or at a table in the bar or restaurant. You are only permitted to consume alcoholic beverages with a substantial meal. This constitutes a selection from our main courses, festive selection, pizzas, sunday roasts and sandwich menu (at lunchtime)

Travelling from a tier 3 area
The government have advised that travel should not be undertaken other than for work, education, medical treatment or caring responsibilities. In these situations we can accept bookings.
There is a UK-wide exception between 23 and 27 December, so we can accept bookings between 23 and 26 December for guests from any area.

When you arrive you will directed to your room, which will have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. Your sanitised key will be in the lock.

From this point please retain your key and no staff will enter your room until you check-out when we ask you to leave the key in the pot in reception. If you need any tea/coffee or bathroom items, please ask at reception.

Social Distancing and Hygiene
For any stays over three days, we will enter the room and thoroughly clean, change all linen and sanitise all contact points. The only other time staff will enter your room is for any essential maintenance.

Bathrooms and contact points throughout the building are regularly sanitised.

We ask all guests to use the sanitising stations located close to every entrance into the building.

We ask all guests to wear a mask while moving around our premises, these can be removed when in your room or sat at a table in the bar or restaurant.

Room Service:
Is available for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and we would ask for reasonable notice while ordering, we will deliver on a trolley to your room and ask you to take from the trolley into your room, DO NOT take the trolley in to your room.

What do to if you feel you may have the coronavirus or feel unwell?

  • please contact 111 as soon as possible for assessment and advice
  • The default advice is for individuals to isolate themselves at home. If this is possible or appropriate, please return home as soon as possible and follow advice given by NHS111.
  • If it is not possible or appropriate (or you advised to remain in situ), please remain in your room and contact 111 as soon as possible for assessment and advice
  • Where possible, please use your mobile phone to call, as this will make it easier for call back and follow-up contacts, if required.
  • If you remain on company premises, please also contact Reception as soon as possible, to advise us of the situation and relay advice given to you by NHS 111 advice line
  • if you do not have a booking to stay in our hotel overnight, but you are advised that it is not medically advisable for you to return home (or it is not feasible/appropriate to do so), please contact Reception by telephone as soon as possible.

Terms and conditions
of booking

Please note that a valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation, however we will not debit your card until you arrive at the hotel. Smoking or pets are not permitted in our guest bedrooms.


Bookings must be cancelled 24 hours (by 3pm, the previous day) in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 24 hour notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
