Ceremony and wedding meal package for 15 guests only £1000

The Coronavirus has impacted all our lives and many couples arranging weddings have had their plans disrupted, Others are struggling to find venues that are able to help them out.

The Walnut Tree Inn is open for business and can offer you a wedding package to suit those looking to get married and have a celebratory meal afterwards in intimate surroundings.

Small weddings can be super-gorgeous and intimate and be a true reflection of the couple and an ideal way to get the legal bit done this year – so life doesn’t have to be put on hold – with a view to maybe having a party in the future to celebrate properly.

Our package includes:

  • Our package is available for just £1000 for 15 guests and includes:
  • Use of ceremony room
  • Three-course wedding breakfast in a private dining area with two glasses of wine or ice buckets with bottled beer and cider
  • A glass of Prosecco for the toast
  • A room for the bride and groom including full English Breakfast
  • Flowers for the ceremony table and for the top table.
  • If you have fewer numbers than 15, deduct £42 per person

FAQs

Booking

If you would like to book, select your preferred date with us and we will hold it for you until you can confirm with the registrars their availability on your chosen date. Once you have a confirmed time and date you can then firm up your booking with us with a £200 deposit.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a further lockdown, couples will be able to transfer their bookings to a different date with no extra charge or we will refund deposits minus any administrative costs.

Number of guests

The total number of guests permitted is 15 which includes the bride and groom but not anyone working at the event such as registrars, photographers or staff.

Wedding ceremony

All guests must wear facemasks during the ceremony, the only exemptions are the wedding couple and the registrars.

Confetti and bouquets

The throwing of confetti and bouquets is not permitted.

Dancing

Dancing, except for the first dance, and loud music are not permitted,
